Quality management

Quality is the key point of the company to survive. We put the safety and health of food on the first place£» take them as the precondition of other works. We set up quality management department, which decide the safety of our product, In order to make sure the quality of our products,the Quality Management monitor and control 20 working procedure and 2 critical control point from inspection and collecting of raw material to delivery of goods according to HACCP system and BRC-FOOD.

Inspection of pesticide residues

We set up pesticide residues analyzing lab and microbe analyzing lab.

According to << Public pesticide residues inspection regulations of Japan >>, pesticide residues analyzing lab sample and inspect raw materials (one week before they are collected) and semi-manufactured in process. In order to make sure safety of our products, microbe analyzing lab sample semi-manufactured products and finished products every two hours, do microbe inspection of water used in production, interface with food, and air etc and validate the way of sanitization and killing microbe according to <<Inspection of microbe booklet>>.

Producing control and tracebility

The producing process is managed strictly according to ISO9000 and HACCP system. We track all the taches occur during process, make quality record from picking of raw material , producing ,packaging to shipment. The tracebility of the products can better make sure safety of our products, supplying 100% qualified products to our clients.
